Morning Booster Berry-Coconut Smoothie

½ cup cooked red lentils cooled
¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
½ cup frozen mixed berries
½ cup frozen sliced banana
1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut, plus more for garnish
1 teaspoon honey
3 ice cubes
1 teaspoon of peanut butter for extra protein

Super Healthy Green Smoothie

5  baby carrots
2  tablespoons honey
1⁄4 cup pineapple chunk
1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries (or any type of frozen fruit, strawberries work great as well)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 avocado
1⁄2 cup frozen spinach
1⁄2 cup kale
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk beverage

The Almond Milk from Alpro is an excellent choice for this recipe.
